GRADE COORDINATORS

The Purpose of the coordinators is to improve RCMF for the benefit of the players, coaches, officials and parents.

This is what Coordinators can do For You as Coach:

1.  To offer coaches’ support in solving problems arising with players and parents.  To provide a list of names and numbers to contact with questions concerning rules, fields, officiating, equipment, training and post-season play.  To keep a list of practice sites available throughout the city and person to contact for permission to use the field.  To communicate any changes that may affect them during the season.

2.  To offer support on game day by being present at the games and having emergency contact numbers available in case of serious injury.

3.  To develop, oversee, and amend mandatory play rules for the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th grade divisions.  Violations of these rules are to be reviewed by the coordinators and forwarded to the Board of Directors for action.  The only deviation from these rules is for non-attendance at team practices and disciplinary action.

4.  Assist the Survey Coordinator in conducting survey of parents on game day for the purpose of evaluating the RCMF program.

5.  Assist the President and General Manager in disseminating information and contacting coaches within your area of responsibility concerning changes in game day or canceling of games.
